I use specialized equipment to careful remove bees from your property and ensure the safety of the bees.
I'm a third-generation beekeeper with deep ties to the East Bay who sees beekeeping as a way to serve the community and spread awareness of these amazing creatures.
My grandfather worked as a plumber at UC Berkeley and would often be called to remove bees from the walls of university buildings. Using these bees, he eventually kept a few hundred colonies in an apiary near the UC Botanical Gardens. My father and he would harvest the honey and sell it to a wholesale honey dealer on Piedmont Ave. When I was starting my own beekeeping business and looking for a name, I asked my father if grandpa had a name for his bee business. "No," he said, "they were just bees in boxes." So I named my company Bees in Boxes LLC.
I'm dedicated to caring for honey bees and my customers! I believe in prompt, respectful service and quality workmanship.
